Synchronous Rectification (SR) Driver with integrated 100V low RDS(ON) N-Channel MOSFET and Green Mode Function
LD8926BA13 is a secondary side synchronous rectification (SR) driver IC with integrated MOSFET.
It is suited for flyback low side and high side syncronous rectification in CCM, DCM and QR mode.
In light load condition, LD8926BA13 will enter green mode to reduce operation current by stopping SR MOSFET driving function.
The IC can generate its own supply voltage through low output voltage or high side rectification application to charge batteries.
To reduce assembly process, layout area, and production cost, SR MOSFET and control core circuit are packed in one package.
The IC is available in SMD. LD8926BA13 GS in SOP-8 package.
