Synchronous Rectification (SR) Driver with integrated 100V low RDS(ON) N-Channel MOSFET
LD8925F is a secondary side synchronous rectification (SR) driver IC. It is suited for CCM, DCM and QR mode.
When primary side regulation (PSR) works in sleep mode, LD8925F2 can wake up it in time. Furthermore, it responds quickly to the dynamic load.
To reduce assembly process, layout area, and production cost, SR MOSFET and control core circuit are packed in one package.
The IC is available in SMD. LD8925F2 GS in SOP-8 package.
