Synchronous Rectification (SR) Driver with integrated 80V low RDS(ON) N-Channel MOSFET
LD8926A82 is a secondary side synchronous rectification (SR) driver IC with integrated MOSFET.
It is suited for flyback low side and high side syncronous rectification in CCM, DCM and QR mode.
For forward freewheeling rectification application the IC can be applied in CCM and DCM operation.
The IC can generate its own supply voltage through low output voltage or high side rectification application to charge batteries.
To reduce assembly process, layout area, and production cost, SR MOSFET and control core circuit are packed in one package.
The IC is available in SMD. LD8926A82 GS in SOP-8 package.
