Multi-Mode PWM Flyback Controller with integrated 650V N-Channel MOSFET
LD9535C contains a multi-mode PWM controller with integrated 650V MOSFET.
In light load condition, the IC works in quasi-resonant (QR) and in heavy load condition in continue conduction mode (CCM).
Moreover the QR controller not only gains the system performance, but also brings the worse EMI capability, while the frequency
swapping function of LD9535C can reduce the EMI emission of SMPS and helps power circuit designers to simply deal with EMI filter
and save several components and development time.
LD9535C includes the comprehensive protection function, such as over load protection (OLP), over voltage protection (OVP),
output short circuit protection (OSCP) and internal over temperature protection (OTP).
The IC is available in SMD or THT. LD9535C GS in SOP-8 and LD9535C GN in DIP-8 package.
