Primary Side Quasi-Resonant Controller with CV/CC Operation and integrated 650V N-Channel MOSFET
The LD9162C is an excellent primary side feedback controller with CV/CC operation, integrated several functions of protection.
It minimizes the components count and makes it ideal for economy designs.
The IC provides functions of ultra-low start up current, green-mode power-saving operation, leading-edge blanking of the current sensing
and internal slope compensation.
Also, the LD9162C features OTP (over temperature protection) and OVP (over voltage potection) to prevent the circuit being
damaged from abnormal conditions.
In most cases, the power supply with primary-side feedback controller would accompany with some serious load regulation effect.
To deal with this problem, the LD9162C consits of dedicated load regulation compensation circuit to improve it.
The IC is available in SMD. LD9162C GS in SOP-8 package.
