High Voltage Green Mode PWM Controller with Brown-In/Out Function
The LD5760A is a Green Mode PWM IC built-in with brown-in/out (BNI/BNO) in a small package. The device could therefore minimize the component counts, circuit space,
and reduces the overall material cost of power applications.
The IC features HV start, green mode power saving operation, and internal slope compensation, soft start functions which could minimize the power loss and improve
the system performance.
With complete protection, like OLP (Over Load Protection), OVP (Over Voltage Protection), fast SCP (Short Circuit Protection) and brown-in/out protection,
LD5760A prevents the circuit from being damaged under abnormal conditions.
Furthermore, the LD5760A features frequency swapping and soft driving function to minimize the noise and improve EMI.
The IC is available in SMD. LD5760A GR in SOP-7 and LD5760A GS in SOP-8 package.
