High Voltage Green Mode PWM Controller with Brown-In/Out Function

The LD5762K is a Green Mode PWM IC built-in with brown-in/out (BNI/BNO) in a small package. The device could therefore minimize the component counts, circuit space,

and reduces the overall material cost of power applications.

The IC features HV start, sleep mode, green mode power saving operation, and internal slope compensation, soft start functions which could minimize the power loss and improve

the system performance.

With complete protection, like OPP (Over Power Protection), OVP (Over Voltage Protection), OCP (Over Current Protection), brown-in/out protection, and bulk capacitor OVP,

LD5762K prevents the circuit from being damaged under abnormal conditions.

Furthermore, the LD5762K features frequency swapping and soft driving function to minimize the noise and improve EMI.

The IC is available in SMD. LD5762K GR in SOP-7 package.
