MGT launches the UT848ZA and the UT8413A two multi-channel TVS arrays to protect high-speed interfaces in automotive and commercial applications.
Both Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) arrays are designed to protect sensitive high-speed data and transmission lines from high Electrostatic Discharges (ESD) and Cable Discharge Events (CDE).
The products provide transient protection for data lines as per IEC 61000-4-2 at ±15kV/±14kV (air and contact discharge).
With the proprietary deep snapback technology, ultra-low capacitance 0.28pF (UT848ZA) and 0.45pF (UT8413A) as well as low ESD clamping voltage of 3.3V are achieved.
The DFN2510-10L package with 2.5mm x 1.0mm x 0.5mm fits in space critical applications and enables simple PCB layout as well as matched trace lengths to maintain consistent impedance between high-speed differential lines such as USB2.0, 3.0, 3.1, thunderbolt, display port, SATA as well as automotive interfaces.
